Job Satisfaction by Workers in Medical Institutions for Senior Caring on Their Service Quality

Abstract
This study aims to understand the level of job satisfaction by workers in medical institutions for senior caring through factors examined by preceding studies. Then, this study also intends to present ways to improve working environments of workers in medical institutions for senior caring through empirical studies about the relation of sub-variables in job satisfaction to factors in service quality. This study finally has a purpose of improving the quality of services that are provided for senior patients in medical institutions for senior caring. job satisfaction was found to influence service quality. The more satisfied the subjects were with their jobs, the higher service quality they showed. Also, health condition, working period, working types, and employment types were found to have an influence on service quality. In consequence, this study indicates that the job satisfaction of workers in medical institutes for senior caring influences their service quality. Therefore, so that factors influencing service quality can be maintained or improved, it is necessary to manage working systems and employment types effectively to keep workers healthy and to prevent them from quitting the job.
